Lunch at Sketch : Gourmet Rapide indeed

Organic Salmon, watercress velouté with seaweed butter, artichoke and red radish, ebly, and barley.



Roast guinea fowl with white miso, onion purée and salsify, pickled beetroot.





Chocolate jelly, chocolate anise mousse and cinnamon cherry bomb.




Fruit salad with fresh coconut, creamed coconut jelly, sugared mint leaves, and pomegranate.




Malibu mousse



Trio of sorbet, pomegranate, blood orange, and grapefruit, with vanilla creme.
