Dinner at the Orrery, Marylebone

Insane Scallop Posse, with butternut purée, crushed peas, and truffle vinnagrette:




Lamb with pinned purée, wild mushroom ball, sautéed spring onion, with a red wine jus. Topped with a sun shaped crisp:




Pave of salmon with a here's crust on a bed of puy lentils, garnished with pickled beetroot and sour creme:
